DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery
Once you've selected shipping and the items are in stock, the order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
RXDGear works with a number of transport companies to send parcels and pallets. Packages are delivered by UPS or PostNL. Heavy and / or large orders are shipped with Thijs Logistiek. You will receive an email from the carrier with the expected time of delivery. Please make sure you are present in the indicated time slot.
The packages and pallets are only delivered on the ground floor, up to the first lockable door.
If you are not at home, you will receive a card from the carrier in your letterbox with the current status of your order.
If you have received the order with visible damage to the packaging, have this noted by the carrier before signing for receipt. Take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service to report the damage.
Note: when you sign for receipt without comment, you sign for correct receipt of the shipment.
The shipping costs are calculated by RXDGear based on the order size and weight of the shipment.
Pick up
If you have chosen to pick up in Venlo (NL), you will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up.
Note: Collection is possible on working days (Mon to Fri) between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. Make sure you bring enough help for loading (heavy) products.
