We hope you are happy with our products. If this is not the case or you may have ordered the wrong product, you can return it or exchange it for another product. Follow the step-by-step plan below to return your order as easily as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it to us within 14 days.

Step-by-step plan for returning or exchanging
If you want to return or exchange an item, we ask you to follow the step-by-step plan below:
- Complete the return form completely
- Return the products to our warehouse together with the fully completed form.

Note: Exchanges at your own risk. Pack the products well and keep the shipping receipt carefully. You may return the item yourself to Venlo (NL).
Processing and cost
After receiving the return it within a few days is considered, we bring you email updates about the status of the returned products. When the products as described above have been received, the purchase amount including already paid shipping costs will be refunded within a few days. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account and are not reimbursed by RXDGear.
Exceptions in returns or exchanges
There are a number of products that cannot be returned and / or exchanged. These are:
- Products that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
- Products that are specially made for you, such as custom-made RIGS or RACKS and products with your own logo.
- Coaching and / or 3D design
