If the product is damaged or does not function properly when opening the box, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible, but no later than 4 days after receipt. Please send an email to our customer service with pictures or a video of the product. Together we look for a suitable solution.
If you have received the order with visible damage to the packaging, have this noted by the carrier before signing for receipt. Take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service to report the damage.
Note: If you do sign the confirmation of receipt, you agree with the delivered products and you have signed for correct receipt of the shipment.
Defect during the warranty period
When a product becomes defective within the warranty period, we ask you to report this to our customer service. To help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to send an email with the following information:
- Copy of the invoice
- Photo(s) and / or video(s) of the defective product
- Description of the defect and the possible reason for the defect
After receiving this information, the defect report will be processed within a few days. We will contact you about the handling of the report.
The warranty period for our products applies to manufacturing, material and assembly faults for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Guarantee will only be granted if the buyer can demonstrate that he has purchased the item from u.
