Description
The RXDGear technique plates are perfect for teaching good technique for powerlifting and/or weightlifting. These plastic, lightweight plates are multi-functional. Not only are they suitable for technique training, children, young people, beginners and rehab athletes will also find great use for the RXDGear technique discs.
The use of HDPE (High-density polyethylene) allows these technology plates to be light, but still have the official dimensions of the competition bumper plates (450mm).
The technique plates are not suitable for dropping.
