The RXDGear Strongman worm is a handmade CrossFit games tool that can be used with 5 people. With a length of 4.1 meters and a diameter of 30.5 cm, this CrossFit worm is suitable for every athlete.
The challenge of this training tool is weight distribution. We work with several people who all lift a different weight filling bag. The filling bags are filled with rubber granulate grain. The pockets are locked with a strong, 3-layer Velcro closure in combination with a zipper. This ensures a vandal-proof closure so you don’t have to worry about losing the contents.
All filling bags are placed in the RXDGear worm, bringing the total weight to 424LB.
The RXDGear Strongman Worm is with a supplied rubber granulate filling.
