Slam ball 16kg

The RXDGear slam ball is ideal for training speed, endurance and explosiveness. The slam ball is specifically designed not to bounce, it falls 'dead' to the ground and does not roll away. This gives you ultimate control over the ball and movement. Thanks to the durable rubber housing, the slam ball is very suitable for intensive use, such as throwing hard on the ground. The rough, weather-resistant surface of the ball gives you a good grip and prevents the ball from slipping out of your hands.
Exercises that you perform with a 'hard' medicine ball can also be performed with this slam ball.

Note: to increase the lifespan of the slam balls, the following is recommended:

Store at room temperature.
Ensure sufficient air pressure in the balls.
4kg - 12kg Slam Balls: inflate to 9 "Diameter
16kg - 20kg Slam Balls: inflate to 10" Diameter
25kg - 30kg Slam Balls: inflation up to 12 "Diameter
35kg - 40kg Slam Balls: inflation up to 14" Diameter
