The slam ball Grippy is specifically designed not to bounce, it falls ‘dead’ to the ground and does not roll away. This gives you ultimate control over the ball and movement. Thanks to the durable rubber housing, the slam ball is very suitable for intensive use, such as throwing hard on the ground. The structure on the surface of the ball gives you a good grip and prevents the ball from slipping out of your hands. Exercises that you perform with a ‘hard’ medicine ball can also be performed with this Grippy slam ball.
Note: to increase the lifespan of the slam balls, the following is recommended:
