The Olympic weightlifting bar has a diameter of 28mm, with 10 needle bearings and 2 copper bushings in each sleeve, ensuring a very smooth spin. The extra coarse knurled surface pattern provides the perfect combination between grip and comfort, maintaining that vicelike feel, without the abrasiveness to your skin. This bar has a pulling force of no less than 215.000 PSI and a maximum load capacity of 1134kg, this barbell is suitable for serious weightlifting.
