A large number of accessories are available to expand on the RXDGear rigs. The RXDGear monolift attachment is made to make heavy squats easier to perform without having to walk or lift the barbell from the rig. When you lift the barbell out of the monolift, the hooks swing back a few inches towards the rig. This leaves room to start the exercise immediately. When the exercise is completed, place the barbell safely in the RXDGear monolift attachment so that it folds back to the starting position.
