The RXDGear Foam Roller is the perfect mobility tool for your gym or CrossFit box. The foam roller has 3 different surfaces that provide superficial or deeper massages. The finer the shapes, the deeper the massage.
The RXDGear foam roll is designed to reduce tension and relieve pressure points in the muscles which is often the cause of long-lasting pain. By using the foam roller you can reduce these trigger points and relax the muscles. The foam roller also creates a better circulation and removal of waste products in the muscles.
In addition to reducing pressure points in the muscles, the foam roller is suitable for improving mobility and flexibility of muscles and joints.
The RXDGear foam roller is 33cm long and 15cm wide and has a hard-plastic inner roller so that the muscle tissue can be massaged more deeply than when using softs, spongey foam rollers.
