The RXDGear classic iron kettlebell is an indestructible kettlebell made of cast iron. Because the kettlebells are powder coated, they offer good grip and are durable for intensive use. Each weight has its own approved colour, making it easy to see the weight. These cast iron kettlebells have proven to be effective as they have been used as the training tool in the Russian military for over 100 years.
With the RXDGear kettlebell you train your entire body. You can use them for strength, cardio and flexibility / mobility exercises. Perhaps the most famous exercise is the “swing” where you train multiple muscle groups as well as doing some cardio.
