How did you get into sports?
Sport has inspired and guided me all my life. I tried many different sports and played basketball at the club for six years. Then I started running.

What does an average week look like for you?
I work full time for the company GymCreators and train every day. I don't care about the distance, the weather or the surface. The most important thing is that I run!

How often do you train per week, how many hours and what does your training schedule look like?
I don't always train according to a training plan. If I have something in my head, I try to achieve it. On average, I run between 430 - 480 km every month. In 2020 I will have run a total of 5442 km.

What are your goals/ambitions in life, both personal and sporting?
To stay healthy and fit and be able to run for a long time. New projects are of course already planned for 2021/2022.
