How did you get into sports?
Ever since a young age I wanted a motorbike. My passion for the sport started to grow when I got my first small motorbike on my 6th birthday . What does an average week look like for you? I work-out twice a day balancing between high intensity and lower intensity. Next to my education “Sports & Exercise” I am an intern at a personal trainer’s gym. Next to this I am riding my motorbike 2 / 3 times a week. How often do you train per week, how many hours and what does your training schedule look like? I work around and about 14 hours a week out, at a minimum of 2 times a day. This doesn’t include my motorbike workouts. These 14 hours contain cycling, running, circuits and power training/weight training. If the weather isn’t too bad I am riding my motorbike 2 or 3 times a week. Usually I ride 3 sessions of 30 minutes per training. What are your goals / ambitions in life, on a personal and sports level? My ultimate goal is to become worldchampion of the WMX (FIM?) Women’s World Motocross Championship. Why did you choose RXDGear? I have to work out every day, not just at my personal trainer’s gym, but also at home. That’s when I found out that my own equipment just isn’t good enough. During my research for a professional supplier, I came across your website which grabbed my attention immediately. I am looking forward to start training with your equipment! |
